How do I show or hide g Converter quickly?
By default, the keyboard shortcut ⌥X (Option+X) toggles the converter window. You can customize this in Settings → General → Shortcuts.
How do I switch between Menu Bar and Window mode?
Use the keyboard shortcut ⌥D (Option+D) to detach/attach the converter, or click the detach icon in the toolbar. In Window mode, you can freely position the window.
What does the Pro upgrade include?
Pro unlocks: all 15+ unit categories, all 10 accent colors, reorder & hide categories, custom default units per category, detachable floating window, and animations (transitions & copy effects).
Can I restore my Pro purchase on a new Mac?
Yes. Open g Converter and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Your Pro upgrade is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at no charge.
How do I change the accent color or font size?
Open Settings → Appearance. You can choose from up to 10 accent colors (3 in Standard, all 10 in Pro) and select from 4 font sizes (S/M/L/XL).
How do I set default units for a category?
Open Settings → Units, select a category, then use the 'From' and 'To' dropdowns to set your default conversion pair. You can also hide unused units and drag to reorder categories.
g Converter is not launching at login — how do I fix this?
Open Settings → General → System and enable 'Launch at login'. Also verify g Converter is allowed in System Settings → General → Login Items.
