Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using g Converter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
License
g Converter grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
Pro Upgrade
The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-refundable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Upon successful purchase, Pro features are unlocked permanently for the purchasing Apple IDon macOS. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Accuracy of Conversions
g Converter uses industry-standard conversion factors and aims to provide accurate results. However, we make no warranty that the conversions are error-free. For safety-critical measurements, always verify results with official references. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on conversion results.
Intellectual Property
g Converter and all associated branding, design, and code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
g Converter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of g Converter.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of g Converter after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
